"The Innovator's Dilemma" este scrisa de Clayton Christensen, un tip care este profesor la Harvard. Este o carte de business, nu este o carte de fictiune si este o suma de povesti de succes despre tot felul de cazuri de inovatie si de tehnologii noi, folosite in diverse parti ale unei companii mai mari sau mai mici.

Este o carte care mi-a "deschis" capul, este o carte care m-a facut sa gandesc foarte mult si diferit si o carte care m-a facut la randu-mi sa ma apuc de o companie care rezolva intr-un fel sau altul o problema folosind tehnologia. M-a facut sa imi dau seama ca exista o gama de moduri si tipuri de a rezolva probleme. M-a marcat atat de mult incat toti colegii mei noi care se angajeaza au obligatia sa o citeasca si chiar in fiecare zi sau periodic folosim anumite framework-uri sau tool-uri despre care se vorbeste in aceasta carte.

Este o carte misto, o carte care te face sa gandesti, pe care o recomand cu caldura.

Clayton Christensen

Clayton M. Christensenis the Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, with a joint appointment in the Technology & Operations Management and General Management faculty groups. He is best known for his study of innovation in commercial enterprises. His first book, "The Innovator's Dilemma", articulated his theory of disruptive innovation.
